Send us details of your experiences with dementia and see your story on the site.
While dementia is a very unique condition, which affects people in different ways, we also believe that hearing about the experiences of other people affected by it can be immensely useful. As well as helping you to realise that you’re not alone, and that there are others out there who know how you feel, you can also pick up tips and learn more about dementia.
It could be ways to overcome certain challenges, or tips on how to make connections and meet other people with the condition. We feel the key to raising awareness and reducing the stigma that surrounds dementia and Alzheimer’s disease is to talk about it with as many people as possible.
That’s why we want to hear about your experiences. Whether you’ve just received a diagnosis, or are caring for or know someone with the condition, we would love to find out about your story.
Simply click on the link HERE and fill out the questionnaire. We’ll be in touch if we need anymore information and to arrange for you to email over some photographs.

UPDATE! If you fill in the real life questionnaire and your dementia story is published on the site, you’ll get £25 in vouchers to spend on Unforgettable.org.
