How do I become a member?
To become a member all you need to do is create an account with us.
How do I return my parcel as a member?
To return your parcel as a member, visit the returns page here, for instruction. Its the same process as always. But if you need any help please do not hesitate to contact us.
What does the 5% discount apply to?
Your 5% discount can be redeemed against regular priced and sale products. It cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes and does not apply to the cost of shipping.
Can I unsubscribe from the newsletter but continue being a member?
Yes! If you no longer wish to receive our regular newsletter, you can still have an account with us. To unsubscribe please select the option at the bottom of your last email.
Why has my voucher code not worked?
If you have placed an order, but the discount has not been taken off please check that you have not used any other offer. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other, including member discounts. If you believe you should have been entitled to the discount, please get in touch with our team.
Can I manage my orders in my account?
No. You can currently only review past orders in your account. If you need to update any information please contact our team at your earliest convenience.
Can I track my orders in my account?
No. At the moment you wont be able to see this information but it will be sent to you on your despatch order confirmation email.
Why cant I see all my orders?
If you have placed an order with us in the past, then as long as you have used the same email address all your orders will be visible. We are not able to add any orders to your account from other email addresses.
What if I want to unsubscribe?
If you no longer wish to receive any more information from us, please unsubscribe at the bottom of your last email from us. Otherwise please do not hesitate to get in touch.
How do I delete my account?
If you no longer want to have an account with us, please get in touch with our team and your information and account can be removed. Please note once it has been deleted you will no longer be able to go back and review past orders.
How do I view my subscriptions on my account?
Currently you will be only able to see your past subscription orders on your account, but if you want any information on your upcoming orders please get in touch with our team. Or await your next confirmation email.
Can I manage my subscriptions on my account?
No. At the moment you will need to contact our team directly for any amendments or updates on your subscriptions.
Can I use my Member discount in conjunction with other offers?
No - the Member discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other discount codes.
What are my purchase options?
You can order online any time. Or you can order by phone by calling 0203 870 3874, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00 am and 17:00 pm. GMT.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be despatched as soon as it is processed, and you will receive a confirmation email containing your order tracking information. It can take up to 48 hours for some orders to be processed, depending on stock availability. For more delivery information please visit here.
Can I exchange my order?
Currently we do not offer exchanges, but you can return your order to us and re-place a new order for the item(s) you need.
